Who Are We?
FBB is one of the UK’s leading educational charities and youth brands. Established in 2014, we now work with over 4,000 young people across multiple regions, supported by strong partnerships including Nike, EA Sports and Gillette.
Young people are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that relationships transform lives, and we are on a mission to ensure that every young person has a trusted adult by their side throughout secondary school.
We are a fast-paced, relational and ambitious organisation. Our culture is built on connection, autonomy and mastery. We want our offices to feel like spaces where people can do meaningful work, build strong relationships, and grow.
If you’re someone who takes pride in creating environments where others can thrive - this could be the role for you.
Do You Want To…
Be the person who ensures our London office runs smoothly, safely and brilliantly every single day?
Play a key role behind the scenes in enabling practitioners to focus on transforming work with young people?
Help create a workplace that feels welcoming, organised and values-led — where people can do their best work?
If yes, then this role might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Before You Read the Job Description…
You don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply. If this role excites you and you believe you can bring care, clarity and strong organisational skills to our team, we want to hear from you.
Some of the best operational leaders grow into their roles. If you’re reflective, proactive and committed to learning, apply anyway.
Are You Ready to Create the Conditions for Impact?
At FBB, operational excellence isn’t about paperwork - it’s about people.
When our systems work well, our practitioners can focus on relationships.
When our office feels safe and welcoming, our teams feel connected.
When our processes are simple and clear, people feel confident and supported and can spend more time building excellent relationships.
As our London Office & Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in creating those conditions.
You will lead the day-to-day running of our London office, ensuring it is organised, compliant, welcoming and efficient. You will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, supporting them with clarity and care.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details, who values relationships, and who understands that strong operations create space for meaningful work.

About Football Beyond Borders
At Football Beyond Borders, we exist to confront a growing crisis in education - one that disproportionately robs vulnerable young people of their right to thrive. In 2022/23, suspensions and exclusions in England’s schools surged by over 20%, with 32 million days of learning lost - equivalent to every pupil in two cities the size of Liverpool missing school for a year. Behind these numbers are real lives, futures, and systemic inequities we are determined to dismantle
